I really enjoyed working on my first major project at Make-A-Wish with Trevor. I was initially skeptical about how a Project Manager could be a benefit but quickly realized his involvement played an important roll in keeping communication consistent with all stakeholders. Ultimately the project delivered on time and under budget and the results surpassed all expectation thanks in part of Trevor's involvement.

I worked with Trevor on a couple of projects over the last 16 months, and I had the opportunity to see him lead and grow in his position. As a Project Manager, he did a great job leading the headquarters office relocation project, successfully transitioning a world-class staff within the $200,000 budget while reducing risk. He helped schedule and document our 2018 National Conference by leading the project to deliver and support content impacting hundreds of people within a tight time-window. As the VP of Membership for PMI Phoenix Chapter, I had the pleasure of working as Trevor's supervisor for more than a year in his position of Director of Membership Services. Trevor is energetic, has integrity, is an amazingly hard worker, has positive energy and attitude, is smart and a quick learner, is tenacious, and is a customer service rockstar. At PMI Phoenix, one of the things we do is think about how we can increase customer/member satisfaction in fulfilling our three R's: Retention, Recruitment, and Re-engagement. Trevor was instrumental in implementing the Member Recognition program, the first of its kind at any PMI Chapter, globally. I was proud to have him represent the Membership Team of our chapter at the regional meeting in another State where he caught the eye of the top echelon and was invited to present the Member Recognition program at the next global conference. It was only through his excellent work on this project, seeing through its implementation into operations, that this invitation occurred.

In closing, I have been lucky to work with Trevor and fortunate to have him on my team. He's an open and friendly communicator who is earnest, upbeat, and invests himself in accomplishing goals. He's also a smart, detail-oriented and hard-working individual with the tenacity and patience needed to drive projects through to the end. I transitioned to the Preferred Client Services Group in August, 2012 and quickly found a valuable and reliable resource in Trevor. Over the last year and a half, I've watched Trevor take on several complex Enterprise Relationships and work with these clients to resolve pattern concerns in a matter of weeks! He consistently goes the extra mile to not only make sure that the customer is satisfied with the answer to their Records Management inquiry, but that they understand it. This is integral in our business.
